ABOUT LEGACY RETREATS

The Program
For over a decade thousands of college students and young professionals have been empowered by Legacy Retreats to explore and embrace their rich Jewish heritage.

For many participants, the Legacy retreat is their first exposure to an "exciting" Jewish experience. While most have studied for their Bar/Bat mitzvah, been enrolled in Hebrew school and attended some High Holiday services they express little enthusiasm for their past religious exposure. Judaism's time tested teachings "spring to life" with excitement and modern-day relevance at the Retreat. Critical concepts and essential steps to personal growth and self-empowerment are presented in a uniquely engaging format.
The basis of Judaism's core beliefs are explored in non-judgmental, stimulating round table discussion groups moderated by accomplished teachers and community leaders.
Awesome group trips to NYC tourist hotspots and eateries coupled with upstate skiing and white water rafting all contribute to the "alive with pleasure" spirit that is the hallmark of the Legacy Experience.
